 B.S. Bible/M.S. in Organizational Leadership
What is the Dual-Level degree Program?
This Dual-Level program allows the student to earn both a Bachelor's degree (B.S. in Bible) and a Master's degree (M.S. in Organizational Leadership) in the course of a blended 5-year academic plan. Each academic year, the School of Business and Leadership can accept a maximum of five students into the dual-level bachelor’s/master’s degree program.
- The program requires 48 credit hours in Bible, 48 credit hours in Arts and Sciences, 36 credit hours in Business, and 30 credit hours in Organizational Leadership for a total of 162 credit hours. (For specific courses, please see the academic plan.)
- The student will have an undergraduate major in business.
- The program can normally be completed in 5 to 5 ½ years.
- The graduate courses will be taken after the student’s junior year.
Note: If, at any time, the student decides to leave the dual-level program, the student will have to complete the requirements for a B.S. in Bible or the requirements for the Double Bachelor’s Degree Program in order to receive the appropriate degree(s).
What is the M.S. in Organizational Leadership program?
- This Organizational Leadership program is designed to help the student acquire the skills necessary to:
- work in collaboration with diverse groups of people
- create a healthy and productive environment
- cultivate transformational change which leads to long-term viability and effectiveness for an organization.
- The student will better understand the dynamics of the organizational environments in which they are involved, and learn to value collaboration with and insight from experienced peers.
- The students are provided with an environment that encourages reflection, innovation, dialogue, interdependency and skill development.

What are the requirements for admission into the Dual-Level Degree Program?
Students in the Business Administration program can apply for the dual-level program anytime after the freshman year, but before the senior year. A separate application will be required for the dual-level program, and this application can be made directly to the School of Business and Leadership. Acceptance into this program will be based on the following criteria:
- Completed application that includes an explanation of tuition costs and the non-traditional scheduling of graduate courses
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Active participation in SIFE
- Active involvement in an organization to provide opportunity for applied learning
- Demonstrated maturity and Christian character
- Two letters of recommendation
- Interview with, and approval from, the Dean of the School of Business and Leadership and the Chair of the Organizational Leadership Program
