The business internship is considered the culmination of the student's pre-career education and a bridge between the University and the work environment. It involves a sequence of guided experiences in which the student will follow the steps of writing a resume, interviewing for a job, and working in their area of interest.
The internship is an actual work experience in a secular business, church management, or missions management position. This experience is designed to utilize the skills and abilities developed in the classroom and apply them to situations in the work force.
The entire experience is supervised by a management person from the internship organization and a member of the University faculty.
