Action Research Projects

booksThe Action Research Project (3 credits) is an opportunity for students in the Organizational Leadership program to synthesize the competencies they have acquired from the curriculum with research and their work experience.  The outcome of this project is an actual intervention in an organization that is designed to strengthen the health and effectiveness of the organization.   Each student submits the theme of their proposed Action Research Project to their project advisor.  After approval, the student conducts research on the theme, executes the intervention, writes a brief overview of their project and meets with their advisor to share their results.
