Are You Looking For Quality Programs and Resources
To Successfully Navigate Complexity?

A significant number of organizational leaders are increasingly feeling over-challenged and under-equipped. The convergence of technology, pluralism, cultural diversity, and globalization has resulted in an exponential increase in confusion and an urgent need for wisdom. Navigating through complexitySuch terms as complexity, uncertainty, paradox, and chaos are now commonly used to describe organizational dynamics. Navigating the complex terrain of today's organizational waters requires more than personal charisma and professional credentials. Today's organizations need Christian leaders who possess an accurate understanding of who God is, who they are, and the wisdom to think critically and act responsibly.

For this reason, The Graduate Programs of Philadelphia Biblical University launched the Organizational Leadership program with the purpose of supporting and expanding exemplary Christian leadership in church, parachurch, education, social service, and business settings. In describing the future of organizations, Organizational Strategist Charles Handy writes,

"Most of us prefer to walk backward into the future, a posture which may be uncomfortable but which at least allows us to keep on looking at familiar things as long as we can."

The faculty and staff of the Organizational Leadership program desire to walk forward into the future alongside of Christian leaders and organizations by providing quality programs and resources to successfully navigate complexity. As you review our prospectus, please feel free to contact us if we can be of service to you or your organization.
