The Organizational Leadership
program provides opportunities for both faculty and students
to conduct formal and informal research related to Christian
Leadership. The intended outcome of this research is to make
a contribution to the health and effectiveness of Christian
leaders and organizations locally, regionally, and internationally.
The
Action Research Project is an opportunity for students in
the Organizational Leadership program to synthesize the competencies
they have acquired from the program curriculum with research
and their work experience. The outcome of this project is
an actual intervention in an organization that is designed
to strengthen the health and effectiveness of the organization
and improve the intervention skills of the student. For more
information about Action Research projects and their availability
here on the website, visit the Action Research
Projects page.
Throughout
the course of their graduate education, students in the Organizational
Leadership program conduct research on a variety of themes
related to leadership development. In the future, there are
plans to publish selected projects related to Christian Leadership
on our website in order for other leaders and organizations
to benefit from these quality papers.
Leadership Monographs are a
publication of Philadelphia Biblical University. Each monograph
is designed to address relevant leadership topics and is approximately
15-20 pages in length. Leadership Monographs provide an affordable
method for Christian leaders and organizations to benefit
from the research of our faculty. For more information
about Leadership Monographs and how to obtain copies of published
issues, please visit the Leadership Monographs
page.
