More Information
Special Education (N-12)
Successful completion of this certification program will lead to a stand-alone certificate in N-12 Special Education. This program must be completed by December of 2012, after which time the Commonwealth of PA will require all Special Education teachers to have a certificate in regular education as well. The certification program may be taken in conjunction with the M.S. in Education degree program.
