Student Information- All students not currently enrolled in a graduate
program at PBU should contact the Graduate
Admissions office for additional information. To contact us

Pre-registration Instructions
All pre-registrations are done
on PBU's IQWeb system. Please follow the instructions below to
pre-register for classes. A printable version of these instructions
is available here. 
- Log in to the IQ Web system at www.iqweb.pbu.edu using
your login ID and password.
- Click the Online Registration link under the
Degree Progress heading at the left of the screen.
- Select the desired Year/Term (e.g. “200X Summer” or “200X
Fall”).
- Click Course Search to begin finding your courses.
- Enter search criteria in the Search tab or
the Advanced
Search tab.
Search allows you to look up courses by:
Course (e.g. MBS 730 or MCC 610 – with a space between
the letters and numbers)
Keyword (a word exactly as it appears in a course
title)
Session (Summer has two sessions – Grad 01 & Grad
02; all the other terms have only Grad 01)
Subtype (e.g. Lecture, Lab, etc.)
Department (e.g. Graduate Bible, Graduate Counseling,
etc.)
Advanced Search provides several more search criteria including
the ability to find courses which meet on a specific day or at
a specific time.
- Click Search to display courses meeting your
criteria. If more courses are found than will fit on a page, click
Next Courses to see the next page of results.
- To add a course to your schedule, click Add
to Cart. For each course added, a pop-up window will
display showing the contents of your registration “shopping cart.” To
find courses not included in your search results, click New
Search or Refine Search .
- Continue finding and adding courses to your cart until you have
all the courses for which you want to register.
- Click Back to Registration. Options you will
see are:
View Grid – view your selected
courses in a calendar grid layout
Empty Cart – use ONLY to remove
all courses from your registration cart
Course Search – look for more courses
- Before clicking Process, be sure to place a check in the Add box
to the left of each course you want in your schedule. Courses with
this box unchecked will be left in your cart.
- Click Process to officially register your classes.
The system will send an e-mail confirming your registration. Please
read the e-mail carefully.
To go back and add or drop courses, click Make
Schedule Changes. Be careful not to click the Drop box
for any class you do not wish to drop from your schedule.
Remember to log out when you are finished. |
