Since 1973, Clarence Johnson has
ministered to children, youth and adults through the local church as Youth
Pastor, Christian Ed. Director, and Senior Pastor. Pastoring in Florida
has also provided opportunities to serve as a Bible college instructor,
Fire-Rescue Chaplain, Critical Incident Team member, and emergency
services educator. His relationship with PBU started with a Bachelor's
degree in Bible ('75) followed by a Master's degree in Christian
Counseling ('95). He has a heart that delights in encouraging and
strengthening others in their walk with Christ. Strong ties with the
University over the years have now brought him back as Director of Alumni
and Church Relations beginning in the fall of 2004. Clarence and his wife,
Corty ('72), have two children, Adam, serving with Campus Crusade for
Christ in Orlando and Lauren, a student at PBU.

In January, 2003, Ron Delp was added
to the staff of the alumni relations department to
help with the continual networking of alumni and
alumni events. Ron is well acquainted with Philadelphia
Biblical University and brings twenty years of people
related experience from a career in retail. He is
enrolled in the PBU graduate program, majoring in
organizational leadership. Ron and his wife, Lori
have two children. Their daughter, Colleen, is a
student at the University.
