Dr. Gary Schnittjer, Professor in the School of Bible and Ministry, began the service by examining how the authors of Samuel and Chronicles responded to the fall of Jerusalem within the biblical narrative. Mr. Chris Palladino, Assistant Professor in the School of Education, followed, presenting sobering artwork and poetry produced by concentration camp prisoners. The theme concluded with a hearing of Arnold Schoenberg’s “A Survivor from Warsaw” as introduced by Mr. Joseph Caminiti, Assistant Professor in the School of Music and Performing Arts.
