Main Campus Dormitories

The campus dormitories were built in the early 1990's and now house approximately 200 undergraduate students. Each room accommodates two students and is connected to an adjacent room with a shared bath, forming a suite. Each wing has two suites. The campus dorms are conveniently located central to all main campus buildings. Each dorm is equipped with an electronic card key system for security. All rooms are air conditioned and come furnished with beds, dressers, desks and book cases. Each dorm also has a lounge area with vending machines, a TV, laundry facilities, refrigerator, microwave and sofas.


Heritage HallPurchased and renovated in 2005, Heritage Hall is a residence hall equipped to accommodate 256 students and resident assistants. Each wing is designated as a male or female-only unit allowing for its own separate social, spiritual and intramural athletic involvement. Also, there are six student lounges or common areas which function as gathering areas equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR unit, microwave and sofas. In addition, the building features a large main lounge in the center of the facility, café area, storage lockers, wireless Internet connectivity, seminar room, fitness room, a game area, laundry facilities, a resident assistant office and a meditation room. Each wing is equipped with an electronic card key system for security. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with beds, dressers, desks, closets and/or wardrobes. In addition to the student dormitory space provided by Heritage Hall, it will also include two apartments for Resident Directors as well as an office for Safety and Security personnel. Penndel Dormitory ComplexThe Penndel dormitories originally housed all of our resident students prior to the construction of the on-campus units. The Penndel dormitories now accommodate senior privileged housing, upperclassmen, transfer students, and married students. Each apartment unit houses between four and six students and comes equipped with beds, desks, book cases, dressers, and other misc. furniture in addition to a non-cooking kitchen and an air conditioner. Each dorm unit has laundry facilities in the basement and there are also two lounge areas in the dorm complex equipped with vending machines, a TV, DVD, refrigerator and microwave.
