The campus
dormitories were built in the early 1990's and now house approximately 200
undergraduate students. Each room
accommodates two students and is connected to an adjacent room with a
shared bath, forming a suite. Each wing has two suites. The campus dorms
are conveniently located central to all main campus buildings. Each dorm
is equipped with an electronic card key system for security. All rooms
are air conditioned and come furnished with beds, dressers, desks
and book cases. Each dorm also has a lounge area with vending machines,
a TV, laundry facilities, refrigerator, microwave and sofas.
Purchased and renovated in 2005, Heritage Hall is a residence hall equipped to accommodate 256 students and resident assistants. Each wing is designated as a male or female-only unit allowing for its own separate social, spiritual and intramural athletic involvement. Also, there are six student lounges or common areas which function as gathering areas equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR unit, microwave and sofas. In addition, the building features a large main lounge in the center of the facility, café area, storage lockers, wireless Internet connectivity, seminar room, fitness room, a game area, laundry facilities, a resident assistant office and a meditation room. The Penndel dormitories
originally housed all of our resident students prior to the construction
of the on-campus units. The Penndel dormitories now accommodate senior privileged housing, upperclassmen,
transfer students, and married students. Each apartment unit houses between four and six students and comes
equipped with beds, desks, book cases, dressers, and other misc. furniture
in addition to a non-cooking kitchen and an air conditioner. Each dorm unit has laundry facilities
in the basement and there are also two lounge areas in the dorm complex equipped with vending machines, a TV, DVD, refrigerator and microwave.
