Fairview Manor is property that was purchased by the University in 1998 and was renovated to become home to our Development Department as well as The Regency Foundation. This beautiful property has all of the character of an early 20th century residence while providing the University with useful office space. The property is located on the corner of PBU's main campus in Langhorne, PA at the corner of Bellevue Ave. and Fairview Ave. If you plan on visiting, you may obtain precise directions and a map from The Regency Foundation's web site.

Adjacent to the main building at Fairview Manor is what has become known as the Carriage House, based on its early history. The Carriage House is home to our Office of Safety and Security headquarters and provides an easily accessible means of visiting our security office to take care of any necessary business.
