Billy Dunn currently serves as the director of Student Ministries, chaplain and assistant professor in the School of Church and Community Ministries. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University and also received his Masters Degree in the Organizational Leadership program at PBU.  Billy served as a Youth Pastor at Bethel Church for 9 years and co-founded a sports ministry organization called Push The Rock, located in the Lehigh Valley.  Billy has been involved in youth and sports ministry for 20 years and also serves at Push The Rock as the director of Ministry Leadership.  He has traveled to 33 countries around the world and serves as the chapel leader for the Reading Phillies.  Billy joined the PBU staff in September 2004.  He is married to Cindy (a 1991 PBU graduate) and they have one daughter.

Michele McAlack is a 1986 graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University with a B.S. in Bible and A.C.S.I. certification in Elementary Education. She taught school for three years in Texas, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has been involved in youth and children's ministries for twenty years and currently is the part time Director of Children’s Ministries at New Hope Community Church, New Hope, PA. Michele joined the PBU staff in September 2001. She is married to Matthew, Director of Youth Ministries at PBU, and has three sons, Zachary, Jeremy and Luke.
