Staff Profiles
Baron King, Director of Health Services, holds an M.S. in Christian Counseling, as well as a B.S. in Bible from Philadelphia Biblical University. He has directed the University counseling services since January, 2006. His areas of special interest include working with young adults and sexual abuse recovery. Baron is also a lab instructor in PBU’s MSCC program as well as the Director of Counseling at Crossing Community Church in Newtown PA. Peggy Pullizzi holds an M.S. in Christian Counseling from PBU and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Hofstra University. A former lab instructor in PBU’s MSCC program, Peggy’s special interests are women's issues as well as marriage and family counseling. Peggy lives with her husband and 6-year old daughter in Fairless Hills, Pa.
Dale Kaphan holds an M.S. in Christian Counseling from PBU and a B.S. in Biology from Messiah College. Dale has been employed by the Oasis Counseling Center since 2002, working mainly as an associate counselor and also as interim director during staff transitions. She is also a lab instructor in PBU’s MSCC program. She and her husband Robert, along with their son Nathanael (3yrs old) live in Northern New Jersey. Elisa Monahan holds an M.S. in Christian Counseling, a B.S. in Bible and a B.S. in Education from PBU. Elisa, originally from the beautiful state of New Hampshire, now resides in Langhorne, PA with her husband, Ken, and their young son. Elisa is passionate about ministering to the questions, hurts, and wounds of people’s hearts and lives and helping them pursue more fully the freedom, life, and healing love of Christ. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and a good conversation over a yummy cup of coffee.
Ming Perrello holds an M.S. in Christian Counseling from PBU and a Certificate of Biblical Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She earned a B.A. from the University of Buffalo with a double major in Psychology and Health and Human Services. Ming has been in full-time Christian work for most of her professional career, first as a campus staff member with Campus Crusade for Christ and then with her husband and two children as an overseas missionary to Taiwan and Macau. She has a mentor’s heart and loves to see young adults develop and grow to be the person God uniquely made them to be. She is interested in counseling issues of transition, relationships and reconciliation.
Rebekah Fleming holds an M.S. in Christian Counseling, and a B.S. in Bible from PBU. She has special interests in helping individuals through times of transition and loss especially as it pertains to the transitions that one goes through from high school to college; from leaving home to living independently as well as working with those struggling with eating disorders and addictions.
