The Penndel apartment complex is reserved for upperclassmen and transfer students only. Non-traditional incoming students will also be considered for potential residence at the Penndel apartment complex.
Who is the Penndel Apartment Resident Director?
Stephen Hauser began working at Philadelphia Biblical University in the summer of 2007 and serves as the Resident Director at Penndel. He graduated with his B.A. in Technology and Industrial Arts Management from Berea College and received an M.S. in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Tennessee. Although native to Oregon, Stephen just recently moved from Colorado where he served as a Residential Life Coordinator at Colorado College. His interests include service learning, outdoor recreation of many types, international affairs, experiential learning and travel.

If you live on Manor Campus, you will be provided with the following furniture:
- 1 standard size twin bed (Most rooms are equipped with bunk beds; however, some rooms have captain’s beds. Rooms with captain’s beds do not contain bureaus.)
- 1 standard size twin mattress (39" x 75")
- 1 student desk
- 1 desk chair
- 1 chest of drawers (bureau)
- Closet space (varies by room)
